Partial automation of user maintenance in DVS

We have about 400 users who will work with DVS, for this purpose the user table in the DVS facility must be kept up to date at all times.
In order to simplify the maintenance of the users, there should be 2 additional functions in the facility.
Function 1 "Add User"
This function adds all users from the User table (2000000120) with the status "Activated" that have not yet been entered to the DVS user
Function 2 "Delete User"
This function deletes all users from the DVS user table that have the status "Deactivated" in the User table (2000000120)
